As a member-owned cooperative, Valley View Pool is run by the members in the form of a board of directors. These are the people who hire the pool manager and oversee the operation and maintainence of the pool.

The board meets monthly throughout the year. Meetings held during the off season are held at the church at the corner of 6th Ave. and Pleasantville Road.
